Broadcasting of Keynotes, Round Tables and Closing Ceremony
The keynotes, round tables and the closing ceremony will be broadcast to the the Arcade Court and the Ceremony Hall of the main building of the University of Vienna.

Coffee
Please consult the maps in the conference program to find the locations for coffee breaks.

Certificates of presentation/participation
All participants will receive a participation confirmation with their conference material at the on-site registration desk. Participants who present a paper will receive their certificate of presentation by your symposium convener.

Computer Rooms
There will be computer rooms in all congress venues, except in the Faculty of Psychology, Liebiggasse (PSY). Please follow the on-site guiding system or consult the information desk.

Exhibition Area
The 54 ICA features a book fair promoting recent publications of specialized publishers. The exhibition stands are located in the main building of the University of Vienna in the Ceremony Halls.

Internet Access
The University of Vienna provides free wireless internet access for the 54 ICA participants. To connect please select the network named “Conference”. There is no username or password required.

Latest Changes to the Program
Latest changes to the program will be communicated at the information desks in the main building of the University (MB), Neues Institutsgebäude (NIG), Juridicum (JUR) and Schenkenstraße (SCS).

Lost & Found
Participants can collect their lost items or leave found items at the concierge desk, located at the main entrances to the main building of the University, Neues Institutsgebäude (NIG) and Juridicum (JUR).

Luggage Storage
For participants who are departing on Friday right after the congress, we offer luggage storage on Friday from 7.30 am to 10pm in the Assembly Hall of the main building of the University of Vienna.

Photocopying and Printing
There is a copier and printer available in the “Business Center”, located on the first floor of the main University building. Operating Hours of the Business Center So 12 – 19:00 /M-F 7:30 – 20:00. If this office is busy, please use the copy shop at Universitätsstraße 8-10, across the street from the Neues Institutsgebäude (NIG).

Registration
For registration and collection of conference materials please go to the Assembly Hall in the main building of the University of Vienna, Dr. Karl Lueger-Ring 1, 1010 Vienna. Our Registration Desks will be open on Sunday 3.00 pm-7.30 pm and Monday to Friday 7.30 am – 8.00 pm.

Medical Service
The emergency medical service is located in the main building of the University of Vienna. In case of emergency please contact the congress staff.

Smoking
Due to the non-smoking policy in public buildings smoking is prohibited in all congress venues. There are some smoking areas in the Arcade Court of the main building.

Social Events
Information about social events and vouchers for the payable social events for which you have registered online can be obtained from the registration desk. Please make sure to take the voucher along to the event.

Bank
The banks that are located closest to the 54 ICA venues can be found across the street from the main entrance to the main University building: Bank Austria, Schottengasse 6-8 (open: Mon-Wed 8.00 am-3.00 pm, Thu 8.00 am-5.30 pm, Fri 8.00 am-3.00 pm), Bank Austria, Schottengasse 11 (open: Mon-Fri 8.00 am-12.30 pm) or Volksbank, Schottenring 1 (open: Mon-Wed 8.30 am-3.00pm, Thu 8.30 am-5.30 pm, Fri 8.30 am-3.00 pm).

Cash Machine
There is a cash machine in the basement of the main University building, near the Plenary Hall. Other cash machines can be found in the foyers of the banks mentioned above.

Electricity
The electrical current in Vienna is 220 volts/50Hz and you will need the European round 2-pin plugs. Those with 110V equipment will need a transformer which changes the voltage and an adapter to fit Austrian sockets.

Pharmacy
The nearest pharmacy is located on Universitätsstrasse 10 (open: Mon-Fri 8.00 am-6.00 pm, Sat 8.00 am-12.00 pm). The same opening times apply to most pharmacies in Vienna. Outside of these times, a 24-hour drugstore standby service is available throughout the city. Details of the nearest open drugstore are posted at every drugstore. For telephone information call +43/1/1455.

Post Office
The nearest post office is located in Garnisongasse 7 (open: Mon-Fri 8.00 am-12.00pm and 2.00 pm-6.00 pm). The post office located on Fleischmarkt 19, in the 1st district, offers longer opening times: Mon - Fri 7.00 am - 10.00 pm
Sat, Sun and holidays 9.00 am - 10.00 pm.

Public Transport
Vienna has a well-developed, safe and efficient public transport network. The underground lines run from around 5.00 am in the morning to around midnight Sun-Thu and on Fridays and Saturdays also during the night. Information about the connections and prices can be found at http://www.wienerlinien.at. The University of Vienna is located in the immediate vicinity of the subway line U2, station “Schottentor-Universität” and the tram stations of the lines 1, 2, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43 and D.

!! Please be advised that the U1 underground line will be closed due to construction works between Schwedenplatz and Reumannplatz. Instead, two replacement tram lines (temporary lines 66 and 68) will be provided for passengers travelling between the district of Favoriten and the city centre in the period from 7 July to 26 August. !!

Shopping
Shops are generally open Mon-Fri from 9.00 am – 6.00/7.00 pm, Sat 9.00 am – 5.00/6.00 pm and closed on Sundays. Some shops on the main shopping streets Kärntnerstrasse and Mariahilferstrasse offer longer opening times on Thu until 8.00/9.00 pm. Shops that are open on Sundays can be found at the main railway stations (e.g. Westbahnhof and Praterstern) and at the airport.

Supermarkets
The supermarkets nearest to the University are: Billa, Universitätsstrasse 6-8 (open: Mon-Fri 7.15 am-7.30 pm, Sat 7.15 am-6.00 pm), Billa, University Campus, Court 1, Alser Strasse 4 (open: Mon-Fri 7.15 am-7.30 pm, Sat 7.15 am-6.00 pm) and Spar, Schottengasse 7 (open: Mon-Fri 7.45 am-8pm, Sat 8.00 am-6.00 pm).

Taxi
The main taxi companies in Vienna can be reached on: +43/1/31300 or +43/1/40100 or +43/1/60160. There is a taxi stand across the street from the main University building in the street Schottengasse.

Tourist Info
The nearest Tourist Info Point is located in the city centre at Albertinaplatz (corner of Maysedergasse), and is open daily from 9:00- 19:00. You can also look up the Vienna Tourism Website: http://www.wien.info/en. For sightseeing tours we recommend www.viennasightseeing.at

Water
Vienna prides itself on having one of the clearest drinking water supplies in Europe (see also: http://www.wien.info/en/sightseeing/green-vienna/viennese-water), therefore tap water is potable. You can find various water dispensers at the venues of the congress (please consult the map in the congress program).
