How to submit a proposal
Submission Deadline
The deadline for the submission of symposium proposals is 15 December 2010. No proposals will be accepted after this deadline.
The thematic area coordinator(s) with the support of the National and International Scientific Committee members will evaluate symposium proposals and decide upon their acceptance. Acceptance letters and notifications for those who submit symposium proposals will be sent by e-mail in March 2011.
We ask scholars to submit symposia proposals to one of the thematic areas.
Important information for symposia submission
Submission for symposia are only possible via online form.
In order to submit symposium and paper proposals, an account is needed. Creating an account is free and easy and is necessary as a first step. Afterwards you can log in and:

Requirements for submitting a symposia
Symposia are required to have one to two conveners. The following informations about the convener(s) are needed:

After the submission of your proposal you can still modify it until 15 December 2010. Please remember your password!
Once you have submitted the proposal, you will automatically receive an confirmation email. Watch out for this email – if you do not get one, please contact congress@univie.ac.at.
