This research aims to analyze, evaluate and understand what has happened to the fossil fuel industry in some countries of South America (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador and Venezuela). The target date to start this study aims to limit the policy for this industry just from the strong phase of privatization framework and so-called globalization in these countries.
