In line with the subject of human rights the phenomena of international civil observation of human rights is a very important instrument to stabilize conflict regions with a own logic that can on the one hand supplement governmental, state and international actions for the protection of human rights and on the other afford resolutions from below in terms of the concerned people. At the symposia we want to discover what alternative developed through the international civil observation of human rights as antipode of executive power of security politics, the growth of violence and drug war and as substitution of the limits of state national and international human right organizations. In this context we want to occupy with the impunity of violation of human rights and the criminalization of social protests. Important is also the theme of the relation between violation of human rights and land grapping processes. At last we want analyze the correlation between protection of human rights and social emancipation in conflict regions in Latin America, like Mexico and Colombia.
