6973 - Well Behaved in Sanctuary Cities and in the Garden of Eden?

What are expectations from society in a sanctuary city? Civil rights and obedience seem to be contradictions in a protected area where the protection is linked with an attitude of control. The work of Ricardo Ainslie from the dept. of education and counseling at the University of Austin, Texas will be a discussed as a role model for bridging gaps to the increasing majority of students from Latin America.
